Christmas Shipping: Orders placed prior to 10am on 18 December should* be delivered by December 24th via Australia Post. We will continue to ship up until 23 December, but cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.

Express Post can be arranged for designated Next Day Express Post Regions by calling the office to place your order, and will be charged at cost. Please call 02 9940 0646.
Shipping cost Australia wide is max. $8.00* per order. *
Smaller items such as trimmer line and spare parts will only cost $ 5.00/order (with the occasional exception of free shipping on some trial items). However, when combined with larger items with higher postage costs, you will be charged the higher flat fee. The cost will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery is with Australia Post (or due to size restrictions, in some cases with TNT or Courier) and should be received within 2-8 days after order is placed/paid. Tracking details will be emailed to you, this way you can follow the shipping progress online.
If you choose to instruct Australia Post to leave your parcel without a signature on delivery, Eurolux Australia will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.

* Please note: The long-reach 3.4m broom handles are over 1.05 metres in length and cannot be sent via Australia Post and must be delivered via courier. Courier deliveries must be to a physical address and not to a PO Box. It is our aim to minimise delivery costs and in many cases delivery is often subsidised, however Eurolux Australia reserves the right to adjust postage and delivery charges for deliveries outside major metropolitan areas or when otherwise required. If this is the case, we will contact you prior to processing for your authorisation.
